This case has nothing to do with Andrea Constand. This case was a way to try to vindicate what is a bandaged bandwagon of claims that have been put together in Pandora's box.

These are witnesses in a trial. They are not children.

To come up with the required showing of a 'signature,' the commonwealth reaches for a cliché: a giant in the entertainment industry using his power to take advantage of young aspiring actresses. Even if proven ... the age-old 'casting couch' is not unique to Mr. Cosby.

I don't want DAs making promises that they don't later keep. That strikes at the heart of fundamental unfairness.

Because Mr. Cosby was never charged, let alone convicted, the jury could be tempted to convict him in this case simply to punish him for the other incidents which are now nothing more than vague recollections.

Today someone who has given so much to so many had his constitutional rights trampled once again.
