I can give you several examples: the sachets that are often used for samples in the U.S. and they're sold by the hundreds of millions in developing markets – the process to make them faster than anybody can make them commercially, and at a lower cost, was developed using our liquids understanding from our liquids businesses and our converting capability that comes out of our paper businesses. If you had separate businesses with separate R&D, you wouldn't have made that connection and would have missed the opportunity to take advantage of a real plus.feedback

We didn't accept that we can't improve. We made the changes to our portfolio. We made the changes in our organization. We're leaner today than we were five years ago and especially 10 years ago. And we made the changes in our culture to be able to set ourselves up with a much more focused, empowered and accountable organization.feedback

We didn't ask for the proxy fight, but I'm absolutely committed, as is our board of directors and the people of P&G, to do what's right for the short, mid and long term for the company. And for that reason, we're fighting it.feedback

He said we should be more of a holding company and move businesses out of the headquarters. He called R&D (research & development) a hobby. We didn't ask for this proxy contest, but we think it's right to stand up for what's right for P&G.feedback

Theranos is pleased to have resolved both lawsuits with PFM. Although we are confident that we would have prevailed at trial, resolution of these two cases allows our tender offer to go forward and enables us to return our focus where it belongs, which is on executing our business plans and delivering value for our shareholders.feedback

It ruined Mother's Day for the girls because they were looking forward to taking the flowers back to their mum when I dropped them off. She gave me a telling off, which I understand, but the flower had already been picked so I don't see why she had to take them from the girls. I would have rather paid a fine so the girls could keep the flowers for their gran and mum. The girls have been criminalised for doing something that everyone does. I have always taught my girls to respect the laws and for the sake of picking flowers I now have to explain to my kids what they did wrong.feedback

Picking flowers off of public land? They're not endangered, they're not rare. I think you're disgusting, taking flowers off children while they're picking them. Haven't you got anything better to do, rather that harassing children. The person only upsetting my girls is this police officer. I pay my taxes, and her wages. We were just on the way to my mums and the girls asked if they could pick some flowers for their gran and mum. We pulled over and I told the girls not to pick too many so they only had about a handful.feedback

Many of the best success stories of P&G is innovation that identified a need ... provided a better way to do something that allowed the category to grow. ... In many different segments premium and super premium items, if they delight the consumer, will cause the consumer to invest more in that category.feedback
