Unfortunately, time has run out and the moment we've consistently warned about has arrived - Chicago's loss will be another city's gain.

Everything we've done – not just between taxis and ride-sharing, but in the sense of [bike-sharing program] Divvy and investing in public transportation – is to give commuters safe, reliable and comfortable choices.
